Inspired by the legacy of powerful women in her life and driven by a desire to give back, Dionne established the Nzuri Uhai Foundation to serve as a platform of transformation for underserved communities—starting with young women and youth in Africa.

As the founder of the Nzuri Uhai Foundation, Dionne combines her legal expertise with a deep commitment to community development, aiming to provide resources and opportunities that foster personal and professional growth.
